I've worn this dress before and decided to change it up a bit by wearing a short sleeve top and a necklace with a pop of color. I thought it worked out nicely. However, I did end up changing the shoes because there was no way I was riding my bike with heels on (I have done that once or twice but DC is not known for the fashionable on bikes - however, I try :).
Eek - i've worn heels while riding my bike and it's tricky even for my 0.8 mile work commute in a tiny town! I like your necklace very much.
