Day 4 of 31 Days of Blogging - Lazy Saturdays...NOT!!

I thought it would be a lazy Saturday but I ended up running errands and cleaning house.

My day started out at Weight Watchers where I went for me weekly weigh in which was not very good at +3 lbs.  What the frack????  I'll blame it on our dinner out at Giovianni's last night. Darned good italian.

(Okay, we just got back from the beach on Sunday and didn't have time to get groceries and we went out to eat 3x this week. Plus add the beer consumption, well that catches up with you.)

As you may know, I have decided to focus on making my goal weight of 125 lbs. and have started an exercise routine of working out 5-6x a week for the next 31 days in August.  So far so good. Mon: HIIT class, Tues: ran 5 miles, Wed: Ran 3 miles, Thu: HIIT class and 30 min run, Fri: Body Pump, and today: cleaning and/or running.

Of course good eating habits will have to come in to play to see a weight loss. To hold myself accountable I will tell you my weight: 134.2 lbs. Yikes!!!!!   How the heck am I going to lose 9 lbs. in 5 weeks???  I'm not.  However, no matter what the weight loss it will be a success no matter what.

I was supposed to go to ballet class and ended up going to the grocery store  since we were completely out of food. Purchased the usual necessities of fruits and veggies, milk and yogurts, some proteins, etc.  You know the drill.  Then it was back home to eat a small lunch of egg salad sandwich and tomato soup which was quite good, then got into a much needed cleaning, dusting and sweeping of the living room area.

Cleaning really tires me out so now I am currently relaxing, having a mango pineapple smoothie, listening to the Church's "Under the Milky Way" on the internet radio, and blogging.  Okay, now I'm getting lazy.  :)

Have a great Saturday.

  1. Cleaning really is tiring. I dusted, swiffered the floors, did some laundry, and scrubbed the bathtub then fall asleep on the couch for 1.5 hours after. Oops.
