Back From Miami

Hello world. I'm back to the real world after one week in Miami Beach with mom and sis.  Although it was nice to get away and relax, I was glad to be back home and back to routine.  As a city girl at heart, Miami is soooo not my scene but made the best of it anyway.

A few good things about Miami Beach:

• Beautiful weather
• Gorgeous beaches and calm turquoise waters
• Art Deco district in South Beach
• Views of the sunrise from our hotel

(Versace's Home turned into an expensive hotel) 

A few bad things:

• Expensive!!!
• No grocery store in the area
• No restaurants near us
• 2 mile walk to South Beach
• After a week with a family member, well it can be maddening sometimes. :)
• I've never seen so many Ferraris and Porsche's in one place at one time. Ugh!
