Friday Laughs / Flashback Fridays

I just had to laugh when I saw this outfit from the 80s or was it the 90s?    I don't even remember ever wearing something like this. Do you?

    No, beyond hilarious.
    Who in the hell wore something like that? Although I do recall dresses with that bib like thing on them from the 80's. I think I had one!
