Happy Post Thanksgiving Day
The day of gluttony is over and I had a wonderful time with family and friends. We ate. We drank. We had a good time with family and that's all that matters in the end. Of course we are now paying for it so it's off to do a nice long run on a ridiculously cold day here in DC while listening to one of my favorite newish rock and roll bands:
