The Filthy Youth...love it.

The other day I was randomly perusing the website and I came upon the band The Filthy Youth who is led by the wonderfully brilliant (okay cute, whatever) actor Ed Westwick who plays Chuck Bass in  Gossip Girl. I had heard he sang and was in some band but never realized what a talented musician he really was.  Check this video out. It's nouveau punk (I just made that up) . It's raw.  It's AWESOME!!!!

I just had a flashback to the 80's: I haven't heard music like this since my so-called punk music stage listening to TSOL's "Dark Sounds of Liberty" /Suburbia soundtrack album of 1983.
